Thank you for interest in working with Destination Knowledge! We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Support Specialist. We sell reading and math software; 1:1 android learning devices; and hands on classroom materials to schools throughout Florida. The candidate for Inside Sales Support Specialist ought to be proficient with the following skills:
1) Generating leads over the phone
2) Qualifying leads over the phone
3) Conducting web-demonstrations
4) Closing business over the phone
5) Using a contact database, such as ACT
6) Using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Publisher is a plus)
7) have good solid verbal and written grammar skills
8) Have at least 2 years experience in those skills above.

3) Have a positive attitude
4) Enjoy autonomy

As we expand, we are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to help our Lead Sales Executive in qualifying leads, conducting web-demos and also burrowing into northern Florida territories to generate business of your own. The Lead Sales Executive may ask you to conduct a phone campaign in a given area to generate new business or leverage existing. The intention is that you would be able to close those deals over the phone that’s possible, or set up a qualified appointment for the Lead Sales Executive to close the deal if required. This position will consist of a base salary as well as commissions. Longer-term, there is room for advancement if desired.
