ASTROMAKER, an exciting and cutting-edge K-12 robotics curriculum from Brazil, is set to revolutionize education in the United States following its launch in August 2023. This groundbreaking program, designed to empower students with practical robotics skills and encourage critical thinking, has already generated significant anticipation in the education sector, thanks in part to its partnership with Destination Knowledge, the official U.S. distributor for ASTROMAKER.

“We are thrilled to introduce ASTROMAKER to K-12 schools across the United States,” said Kristine Marsh, President of Destination Knowledge. “This innovative program will not only inspire our students to explore the exciting world of robotics but also foster problem-solving skills and creativity.”

North Kissimmee Christian School in Osceola County, Florida, is leading the charge as the first U.S. school to embrace ASTROMAKER. Recognizing the program’s potential to ignite student passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) subjects and cultivate essential 21st-century skills, North Kissimmee Christian School is paving the way for wider implementation across the country.

“As the first teacher ambassador of ASTROMAKER in the United States, I am thrilled to lead the way in introducing this groundbreaking K-12 robotics program to our students,” said Brian Walters, a teacher at North Kissimmee Christian School. “ASTROMAKER has revolutionized STEM education with its pioneering curriculum. The hands-on robotics projects not only make learning easy and fun but also spark a genuine interest in STEM. Being part of this program has been an incredible journey, and I am excited to witness the impact it’s making on shaping the future innovators of our country.”

ASTROMAKER, founded by President Daniel Lorenti and with Marcio Lorenti serving as the CFO, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of STEM education through hands-on robotics projects. The program offers an engaging and comprehensive robotics curriculum that aligns with educational standards, providing students with the opportunity to explore robotics and engineering principles in a fun and educational manner.

ASTROMAKER boasts a unique curriculum that promotes hands-on learning, allowing students to assemble and program robots that can perform various tasks and challenges. The curriculum is designed to correlate with educational standards, making it a valuable resource for teachers and educators alike.

William Pires Correa, Head of International Business for ASTROMAKER, is enthusiastic about the expansion of this groundbreaking curriculum abroad. “We are committed to providing high-quality robotics education to students globally. ASTROMAKER’s presence in the United States is a significant milestone toward achieving our goal.”

ASTROMAKER’s introduction in the U.S. education landscape marks a new era in STEM education, empowering students to explore the fascinating world of robotics while enhancing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
